tooth+ Steps Challenge – and we don’t mean how long can you listen to the 90’s pop group!
Rachael has provided us all with pedometers to keep track of our daily steps. It’s amazing how many steps we can clock up in a morning of walking between surgeries and reception and the really keen ones amongst us head out at lunch time to build up their total. At the end of the week the month the Champion Stepper will be revealed and awarded.
Stay motivated and count steps with us. Walking outside during lockdown is healthy for your heart and your head. The quicker your pace and the longer the walk the better, but even a short burst of activity is beneficial. Why not multitask by listening to your favourite tracks or a podcast while you walk.
