Getting Ready To Welcome You Back

    By Rachael Blyth | Updates | Comments are Closed | 22 June, 2020 | 0

    Dear patients and friends,

We are now over two months into lockdown and the whole team hopes you are keeping healthy and well and managing to stay in touch with your loved ones regularly. We are still here at tooth+ and missing you, our lovely patients, very much.

As you may have heard the Scottish Government today announced we can reopen from Monday! This is currently only for emergency and urgent care.We have worked tirelessly over the last three months sourcing our PPE and we are ready to welcome our first patients back next week.

We will prioritise those that have had pain and problems during the lockdown period and we ask you for your patience in this. We will be contacting all those who need treatment over the next few days and we will get round to you!

If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us, by email or phone.

The team have been working hard over the past few weeks to ensure that the practice is as safe as it can be when we do open up again. We have also been using our new-found free time to learn new skills and re-connect with our own community of dentists and their teams.

Once again, we are missing seeing you every day and are looking forward to welcoming you back again very soon. The practice may need to operate slightly differently (and we may look slightly different in our PPE!) when we return, but we are the same team you have come to know at tooth+.

What To Do if a Dental Filling Falls Out

By Rachael Blyth | Comments are Closed

Under normal circumstances we would recommend that you call your Dentist straight away to make an appointment to get the tooth assessed. With all Dental practices in the UK are closed to face to face consultations due to COVID-19, what can you do to help yourself?

Is Swallowing a Filling or a Dental Crown Dangerous?

By Rachael Blyth | Comments are Closed

Having a filling or a crown fall out is distressing. It can sometimes be completely unexpected. Usually with regular trips to the dentist, these things can be avoided, but occasionally we get caught out, with a hard piece of food, or a crown that has lost its ability to stick to the tooth over a process of years
