COVID19 – Important Update for our Patients

    By Rachael Blyth | Updates | 0 comment | 8 April, 2020 | 0

In these complicated times I would like to update you on what has been happening here at tooth+. The Chief Dental Officer has asked all dentists in Scotland to stop seeing patients, and we therefore closed for face to face consultations at the beginning of last week.

We are however still working hard behind the scenes to talk to any of you that have appointments coming up, or anyone who has a dental issue.

We are happy to offer advice, and prescriptions, where appropriate for those that need it. We also can access a pathway for those of you that really do need any treatment that cant wait until the current government lockdown finishes. This is assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact the practice if you have any concerns or worries and we will be in touch to help you out.

Whilst we are working from home where we can, there is one of the tooth+ dentists available to speak to 7 days a week. Please call the practice to find out the contact details for this when you need us.

We are missing you all and really looking forward to opening again! In the meantime, keep your oral hygiene regime as thorough as possible and if you need us for anything, it doesn’t have to be dental, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

    Best wishes and keep well.

What To Do if a Dental Filling Falls Out

By Rachael Blyth | 0 comment

Under normal circumstances we would recommend that you call your Dentist straight away to make an appointment to get the tooth assessed. With all Dental practices in the UK are closed to face to face consultations due to COVID-19, what can you do to help yourself?
